About the Role:
We’re looking for a Yard Care Manager to join our growing team! This unique role combines sales and account management with hands-on support for our yard care crews. The Yard Care Manager will oversee new business development (no outbound sales required) and manage existing residential accounts, ensuring every client receives outstanding service.
This role is pivotal in bridging communication between clients, crews, and the company leadership. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively support our yard care crews and thrives in a dynamic, startup environment. While landscaping experience is a plus, we prioritize excellent communication skills and a great attitude over industry expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Management:
- Develop new business through inbound leads, referrals, and client inquiries (no cold calling required).
- Build strong relationships with existing residential clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Assess client needs, provide estimates, and ensure services are aligned with expectations.
- Crew Support:
- Communicate job details and expectations with yard care crews.
- Provide on-the-ground support for crews as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Spanish-speaking yard care teams to ensure clear communication.
- Daily Operations:
- Start each day at the warehouse to prepare for daily tasks and check in with crews.
- Visit clients’ properties to assess needs, perform walkthroughs, and ensure quality service.
- Handle administrative tasks from various locations, including coffee shops, home office, or the warehouse.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required to communicate effectively with our yard care crews.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you’re personable, professional, and an excellent listener.
- A self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
- Ability to balance fieldwork, client interactions, and administrative responsibilities.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, accounts, and daily operations effectively.
- Landscaping experience is not required—we’re looking for a great person who is eager to learn and grow with us.
- Willingness to do physical labor. We expect this role to be in the field doing manual labor at least during the training period as they learn about the company and the yard care division.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary + Commission/Bonus: $50-70K Base Pay - OTE $100K
- Mileage reimbursement for client visits until company vehicle is provided.
